Plan and Feature Terms

Last updated: 04/06/2026

These Plan and Feature Terms explain how eAvio Platform Plans, Modules, User limits, aircraft limits and Optional Services work.

They form part of the Agreement.

1. Vocabulary

Terms used in these Plan and Feature Terms have the same meaning as in the eAvio Platform Service Terms.

In particular:

“Plan” means the selected commercial package of Modules, aircraft limits, User limits, support level and included services.

“Module” means a functional part of the eAvio Platform.

“Active Aircraft” means an aircraft record that is available for normal use in the Platform.

“User” means an individual authorised by the Customer to access the Platform.

2. Selected Plan

The Customer receives access to the features included in the selected Plan, as shown on the eAvio website, Order Confirmation, offer or invoice.

The selected Plan defines:

  • included Modules;
  • maximum number of Active Aircraft;
  • maximum number of Users;
  • support level;
  • onboarding level;
  • included standard features;
  • available Optional Services.

3. Standard Plans

The standard eAvio Platform Plans are:

3.1 eAvio Starter

For small aviation clubs, small operators or early-stage Customers.

  • up to 250 Users;
  • all Operations features;
  • multiple sections, departments or operating groups;
  • advanced roles and permissions;
  • advanced reports;
  • tracker integration support, where technically available;
  • priority support;
  • extended onboarding support.

4. Active Aircraft

An Active Aircraft means an aircraft record that is available for normal use in the Platform, including scheduling, records, tracking, maintenance, documents, reports or other operational functions.

Archived, test or historical aircraft records may be handled differently, depending on the Plan and technical setup.

If the Customer exceeds the included number of Active Aircraft, eAvio may require the Customer to upgrade the Plan or purchase additional aircraft capacity.

5. Users

A User means an individual person with access to the eAvio Platform.

User accounts may include administrators, pilots, students, instructors, staff, technical personnel, management, members or other authorised persons.

User accounts must not be shared between multiple persons.

If the Customer exceeds the included number of Users, eAvio may require the Customer to upgrade the Plan or purchase additional User capacity.

6. Modules

A Module is a functional part of the eAvio Platform, such as scheduling, aircraft management, training records, communication, technical reminders, document management, tracker integration or reporting.

Some Modules are included in the selected Plan. Other Modules may be available as paid add-ons or only under a higher Plan.

eAvio may rename, improve, merge, split or reorganise Modules over time, provided that the Customer retains substantially similar functionality under the selected Plan.

7. Optional Services and Add-ons

Optional Services may include:

  • additional Active Aircraft;
  • additional Users;
  • SMS broadcast service;
  • tracker service;
  • Hardware;
  • data import;
  • data migration;
  • custom reports;
  • additional training;
  • advanced integrations;
  • Custom Development;
  • on-site work.

Optional Services may be charged separately.

8. Standard Features vs. Custom Features

Standard features are functions generally available in the eAvio Platform and maintained as part of the standard product.

Custom features are features, reports, integrations, workflows, imports, exports or modifications created for a specific Customer or specific use case.

Custom features are not included in the standard Subscription unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Fair Use

The Subscription includes reasonable use of hosting, storage, support and Platform resources.

If usage becomes unusually high compared with normal Customers on the same Plan, eAvio may contact the Customer to agree on a suitable solution, such as optimisation, additional resources, storage limits or a higher Plan.

Unusually high usage may include excessive storage, excessive API use, unusually large email volumes, automated traffic, heavy data imports or activity that affects Platform performance for other Customers.

10. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

The Customer may request a Plan upgrade at any time. The upgraded price applies from the agreed upgrade date or the next billing period.

Downgrades may be requested before the next billing period, provided that the Customer’s actual usage fits within the lower Plan limits.

If the Customer’s data, Active Aircraft count, Users or activated Modules exceed the lower Plan limits, the downgrade may require data archiving, User deactivation, aircraft archiving or Module deactivation.

11. Feature Changes

eAvio may improve, update, replace or remove features where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, technical reasons or product development.

eAvio will make reasonable efforts not to materially reduce the core functionality of the selected Plan.

If a material feature is discontinued, eAvio will try to provide a reasonable alternative where commercially and technically possible.

12. Beta and Experimental Features

eAvio may offer beta, pilot or experimental features.

Such features may be incomplete, unstable or changed without notice. They are provided for testing and feedback and may not be suitable for operational use.

Beta features may later become paid features, be included in selected Plans, be modified or be discontinued.

13. Website Pricing Table Wording

The following wording may be used below the pricing table:

Plan limits are designed for normal operational use. If your organisation has special requirements, more aircraft, more Users, multiple branches, special integrations or custom workflows, please contact us. We will prepare a suitable configuration or custom offer.
