Join our international internship program and work with cutting-edge technologies in development, design, marketing,
and electronics. We’re looking for passionate students who love to explore, learn, and create.
Similar to a football player who practices with friends at home, we want students to pursue their passion outside of the office. If you enjoy designing, coding, or tinkering with electronics, you’re our type.
You must have a computer/laptop at home. If financial
constraints are the only barrier, we understand. But having the latest phone while lacking a computer shows misplaced priorities.
You learn the fundamentals at school or at home; we do not teach them here. You are welcome to apply and extend your prior knowledge and expertise by working on actual projects in our office.
Show us what you have built, created, or made. Portfolio work and practical experience are more important to us than grades. Your initiatives say more about your abilities than any qualification or credential.
Design a one-page marketing leaflet for a flight school using provided content and brand guidelines. Show your process from concept to final design.

Create 3D models and product designs for various hardware and accessories.
Design a functional aircraft instrument panel component in Fusion. Include technical drawings and photorealistic renders.

Design and prototype electronic circuits and IoT devices, from breadboard experiments to custom PCBs and ESP32-based connected applications.
Design a simple blinking LED circuit in KiCad. This should include both the schematic diagram and a finished PCB layout.
1 – 3 months
Build web applications and help develop management software using modern technologies.
Create a simple Laravel application with user authentication and a basic CRUD interface. Explain your project structure, database design, and key decisions.
Write a 1000-word blog post about flight training technology trends. Include SEO
optimization, target keywords, and engaging headlines.
Ready to apply? Fill in the form below. We’re excited to see what you’ve created.
We focus on providing an exceptional learning experience. Accommodation and travel
arrangements are the intern’s responsibility, though we’re happy to provide guidance on
local options.
Yes, but focus on your strongest area first. We prefer depth over breadth – show us you’re
exceptional in one field rather than mediocre in several.
If you’re missing some skills but show exceptional passion and learning ability, we might
still consider you. However, basic requirements are non-negotiable – we won’t teach
fundamentals during the internship.
Internships are typically unpaid. We focus on mentorship, real project experience, and
strong portfolio outcomes. In select cases and longer stays, support may be discussed
based on contribution level.
Usually yes – you may include your internship work in your personal portfolio, unless a
specific project is covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Yes. Students who complete the Practical Challenge and the internship receive an official
eAvio certificate.
